GearFlow grew out of a real pain point from fieldwork: too much gear, information scattered everywhere, and someone always asking on-site, "Where does this go?", "Is it loaded yet?", "Who's taking this?" It's a common headache for film crews, event productions, camping trips, and field support teams alike.

We wanted to build a tool that brings gear, locations, transport, and workflow together in one place — so teams no longer have to rely on scattered messages, and can instead confirm on-site status quickly from a single shared checklist.

1. Assign Locations: Set specific gear requirements for each location within an activity.
2. Designate Vehicles: Map exactly which items go into which transport vehicle to avoid loading chaos.
3. Real-time Cloud Inventory: Let the whole team sync and check items, reducing dependence on a few key people.
